Erika Rubin

Ms. Rubin is a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and development specialist who brings on the ground experience from working with DFIs and the private sector in Sub-Saharan Africa. She has lived and worked in Africa for six years in, including in Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, and Tunisia.
She has worked extensively in the EAC and SADC region with the African Development Bank, the European Union and the development partners’ Group (DPG). She brings experience from both policy and operational levels within M&E, results based management, capacity building, gender and ESG. She is furthermore specialized on SMEs and growth oriented women entrepreneurs. She has strong analytical skills and experience from impact assessment and a wide range of other M&E techniques.
Ms. Rubin holds a bachelor degree in International Relations and African Studies from Göteborg University and an International Master in Development and Management from Lund University (LUMID). She is a Swedish national.
